Hongkong Street Foods in Manila!!

Oh yes, finally you can enjoy a delicious Hongkong street food here in Manila!

Foodies I want you to meet EAT FRESH!
from outside the restaurant you can make "turo turo" from lobster balls to yakitori etc. in a very affordable cost.

you can choose either  fried or dipped in a curry sauce(spicy).

Fully airconditioned place, so you can enjoy your street food in a comfortable way.  And lots of waitresses.
So many condiments to choose from. Soy, peanut butter, sweet, sweet and spicy sauce. My favorite is the sweet and spicy and peanut butter sauce blends well with the lobster balls.

THE FOOD!! Lobster balls, fried wanton, pork isaw(taste good with vinegar and lots of chillies)

I forgot to take a picture of the bacon wrapped asparagus, mushroom skewers which is my favorite, taste really good. It is served with a special sweet sauce, I dipped mine with the chili garlic blends really well and its crunchy outside and soft inside.

I love mixing the sweet and spicy sauce with their chili sauce with soy and calamansi nom nom nom.
the Special fried rice is okay, nothing special.  I opt for Hapchan's yang chow  fried rice so yummy.

The good thing about  Eat fresh drinks is that everything is  freshly made/organic. Outside the restaurant you can see a display of fruits tons of lemons, kiwis etc. .
(Pearl Nai Cha recommended for milk tea lovers - Fresh Starwberry Shake.)
Imported drinks.
Taosi Spareribs Claypot Rice - Pork and Century Egg Claypot Congee

Chicken and Chinese Sausage Combo Claypot Rice.
All the claypot dish is super delicious the rice taste very different. Im going to try all the claypot rice  next time I'm gonna dine there. There is something special about it, it will make you want some more.

 Greenhills Branch.
Address is at 691 J. Abad Santos Street, Bgy. Little Baguio, San Juan City. From Wilson Street, turn right at Alex III.

Make your own Beer Bong!

Here in the Philippines it's hard to find/buy a Beer Bong in any local shop. You have to DO-IT-YOURSELF! it's very easy. The only thing is, it's hard to find the right materials you will have to need because its not always available in any hardware store. So to make your life easier, here are the list of the things you will need and where you can buy it!

BEER BONG-An ingenious invention designed to consume a beverage at a high rate of speed.

You can used this kind of hose but its very unappealing and looks unsanitary. But if you really just have to deal with this, just cover it with fabric.

So this is what it looks like.

here are the list you will need and where to buy it!

1.Plastic Faucet - Sm Hypermart in North Edsa Php120++  its the cheapest that I found and its available in yellow and blue. Some hardware store sell it for like Php250 and its a no no for me "not money wise."

2.Transparent Hose- Handyman in Trinoma 3rd floor near foodcourt Php170++ not sure about the price but it only ranges from Php170-190. They are available in different sizes and diameters, choose the smallest one so it can fit perfectly to the plastic faucet and the funnel. The transparent hose is very long so I cut it into 3 sections (1yard each) so u have to buy 3 plastic faucet. "The more the merrier."

3.Funnel-Hi-Top Quezon Ave.Php45++ set of 5 smallest-biggest. Looking for a fucking funnel was very frustrating!! it was out of stock from the two malls I mentioned above. It was very weird though HOW CAN A FUCKING FUNNEL be out of stocked? I went to 3 different grocery stores 2 department and 3 hardware STILL out of stock! Good thing that I have to stop over at Hi-Top to buy alcohols. Hi-top has the cheapest price for alcohols/liquors even cheaper than a liquor store.

Stick them all together and you're done. I used electric tape to tightly secure it and please do make sure there's no leakage.

PS: before using the beer bong for the first time make sure its thoroughly clean and sanitize. I dip it in boiling water first then wash it with dishwashing soap.

Hope you will enjoy your party!

J.co Donuts

Who would fall in line for an hour for just a donut?.. seriously??? But I did! hehe.. well, out of CURIOSITY of course! so yes! I fall in line waiting and waiting for my turn for at least one hour and I ordered just two freaking donuts!

So while waiting in line I googled J.co thru my mobile phone. Found out it was originally from Indonesia and it has 100 branch thru Asia.

Signature items
J.CO is known for using premium ingredients such as Belgian chocolate, California almonds, American honey, New Zealand cheese and Japanese matcha in its products.
The chain became popular for selling Jcoccino, a donut that combines the flavor of Italian cappuccino with chocolate.
It has a beverage counterpart called the Jcoccino Freeze.
Other variants include Alcapone (donut with almonds and white chocolate), Why Nut (peanut butter-filled donut), JCrown Oreo (with Oreo bits), and J.Pops, or mini-doughnuts that come in several flavors.

J.co Trinoma, the shortest line I've seen so far I was there on a monday evening. I saw the line on sunday and it was awful and too looooooooooooong!! like the first ever Forever21 3 days sale when they only have branch in Megamall.

Okay, so when you enter the store you can see this standee menu while waiting in line so you can chose your drinks. But they dont have the menu list for donuts,so when I was there I just chose whatever appealed to my eyes.
Oh yes!! Its my turn to order!! AAHH..  Its Php42/each
And its finally mine. I ordered Alcapone(L) and Cheezy Rich(R) hmm...what can I say I love the Alcapone it tastes like Hershey's white chocolate and the crunchy almonds is just amazing! with the Cheezyrich not a fan though, its just a "cheezy" bread thats all, maybe if  they add ham or BACON it will be much better lol
Im gonna order this to my next visit. Looks YUMMY!

I love how they named their donuts, its so unique and thats why I wanted to try J.CO because of the donuts name.

i wanna try the Ice Thai tea looks deli!
